I am not good at java. The coding language is very different from python, the language I am familiar with. As of the writing of this blurb, I am in an AP computer science A course which is taught using java. To work on my java skills I have decided to essentially rewrite one of my unfinished python coding projects in java. The idea is that if I am doing a project that actually interests me, I will have the motivation to not give up on the language as a whole. to keep myself accountable and on task, I will be writing weekly progress updates, which will go up every Monday that is not a holiday (or immediately preceded by one).
